Booking same-day appointments is hassle-free, and I have received outstanding care from all providers there, most recently, Melanie PA-C. Her thorough evaluations and unhurried approach make every visit comfortable. I've never felt rushed; every question is answered with patience and expertise. Our family has been patients of Chapel Hill Family Medicine for many years and they are absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly, professional and accommodating to your needs - you really feel like family. Dr Haddad is super thorough with your medical history and current state. He always takes time to explain information, options and will do everything in his power to ensure you are set up for the best outcome. He has helped us through a ton of health situations. We are so better off because of his practice’s care and service.

I have read through a lot of these reviews and will add an amen to all the positive things said about Dr. Haddad and the excellent quality of care received at Chapel Hill Family Medicine. I noticed that there were a good number of people that have been patients of Dr. Haddad for some 20-30 plus years as my husband and I have been. That alone says an awful lot! My family has moved a couple of times over the years increasing the driving distance to the office, but we never once considered changing doctors! Dr Haddad is a gem, a person of integrity. I believe physicians of his caliber are becoming all too rare. I am very thankful to have found him😊

My husband I have been a patients of Chapel Hill Family Medicine for over a decade. The office personnel are extremely professional and friendly. They run the office so exceptionally well. The care we have received from the Doctors, Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner has been phenomenal; they are patient, extremely thorough and have gotten us through some very difficult medical issues. We feel very fortunate to have the peace of mind knowing we are under the care of a highly competent and caring practice.

This practice is just wonderful. I have been a patient here for 32 years and my children as well. The care is incredible and the staff is always so welcoming and pleasant. Many have been there for so long and they feel like family because they treat you like family. I met one of the PAs (Melanie) yesterday for an emergency and she was absolutely amazing.
